Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup water warm
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Filling
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

  • Knife or cutter

Method
 

  1. Mix dough ingredients and knead.
  2. Prepare filling mixture.
  3. Roll dough and cut circles.
  4. Fill and seal perogies.
  5. Boil until they float.
  6. Optional: sauté in butter.
  7. Serve warm.
