Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
Marinade
  • 0.25 cup gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Grill or grill pan
  • Skewers
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Soak wooden skewers if needed.
  2. Whisk marinade ingredients together.
  3. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  5. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  6. Grill 10–14 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Rest before serving and garnish as desired.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing gochujang. Serve with rice or fresh salad.
