  • 3 large sweet potatoes cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut sweet potatoes into evenly sized cubes and pat dry.
  4. Place sweet potatoes into a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Toss until evenly coated.
  7. Spread potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  8. Roast for 20 minutes, then flip carefully.
  9. Continue roasting another 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
  10. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over hot potatoes.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet and pat potatoes completely dry before roasting.
