Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Filling
  • 0.75 cup Nutella frozen in scoops

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Freeze Nutella scoops on a tray until firm.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  6. Combine dry and wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Stuff dough with frozen Nutella and seal.
  8. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep the center gooey.
