Greek Chicken Bowl
  • 1.5 lb chicken breast boneless skinless
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and spices.
  2. Cook rice until tender.
  3. Cook chicken until fully done and slice.
