Method
- Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
- Combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Cook meatballs in olive oil skillet over medium heat 2–3 minutes per side, then 8–10 minutes until cooked through or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes.
- Serve meatballs with tzatziki, garnish with dill and lemon wedges.
Notes
Can make mini meatballs for appetizers or party trays.
