Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.75 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Green Sauce
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Toppings
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar until foamy.
  2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Blend green sauce ingredients until smooth.
  5. Roll dough, add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  6. Bake at high heat until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Customize toppings freely. Great with arugula or chili flakes.
