  • 2 apples Honeycrisp or Granny Smith, sliced into wedges
  • 6 slices prosciutto cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey warm for drizzling
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush apple wedges lightly with olive oil.
  3. Wrap each apple wedge with a strip of prosciutto.
  4. Place wrapped apples on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
  5. Remove from grill, drizzle with warm honey, and sprinkle with black pepper.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Add fresh thyme or a touch of chili flakes for extra flavor.
