Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.33 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together.
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill chicken, flipping and basting regularly.
  5. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest briefly and garnish before serving.
