Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Blend strawberries into a smooth puree.
- Mix oats and oat flour in a bowl.
- Add strawberry puree, egg, yogurt, coconut oil, and honey.
- Combine until a dough forms.
- Shape into small balls or flatten into biscuits.
- Place on tray and bake for 18–22 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
