Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
  2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Top with garlic butter and cheese, then bake.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Add chili flakes for heat.
