Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix whole wheat flour and rolled oats in a large bowl.
- Whisk peanut butter, chicken broth, olive oil, and egg until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form firm dough.
- Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into shapes.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before serving.
