Ingredients
  

Bread Batter
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon separately.
  4. Whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Layer batter and cinnamon sugar mixture in pan.
  7. Swirl gently and bake 45–55 minutes.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar before cooling.

Notes

Do not overmix batter for best texture. Store airtight for freshness.
