Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
Honey Butter Glaze
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley optional

Equipment

  • Baking tray
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease baking tray.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough slightly and prepare cheese slices.
  3. Sandwich cheese between biscuit halves and seal edges.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and melted.
  5. Mix honey butter glaze ingredients until smooth.
  6. Brush warm sliders with glaze and serve immediately.

Notes

Best eaten fresh for maximum cheese pull and soft biscuit texture.
