  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk melted butter and honey together.
  3. Add eggs, sour cream, and milk; mix well.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes until golden and set.
