  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold
  • 3-4 tbsp cold water
Filling
  • 3 pears sliced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Prepare dough and chill until firm.
  2. Toss pears with honey, spices, and lemon.
