- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook ground beef until browned and stir in garlic and ginger.
- Season beef with salt and black pepper.
- Whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour sauce into skillet and simmer until thickened.
- Prepare bowls with cooked rice and vegetables.
- Top rice with honey sriracha beef mixture.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha. Great for meal prep and leftovers.
