Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
Pretzel Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 cups pretzels crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Cheese Layer
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Hot Honey Sauce
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and season diced potatoes with oil and ranch seasoning.
  2. Bake potatoes for 25 minutes until tender.
  3. Dip chicken pieces into egg then coat with crushed pretzel mixture.
  4. Bake pretzel chicken until crispy and cooked through.
  5. Warm honey, hot sauce, butter, and chili flakes together for hot honey sauce.
  6. Combine potatoes and chicken in casserole dish.
  7. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake until cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
  9. Drizzle with hot honey sauce and garnish before serving.

Notes

Adjust hot sauce level to taste. Freshly shredded cheese melts best for creamy texture.
