Ingredients
  

Pasta Base
  • 12 oz spaghetti cooked al dente
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Pretzel Topping
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Hot Honey
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti until al dente and set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add shredded chicken.
  4. Make cheese sauce by melting cream, cheeses, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine pasta, chicken, and cheese sauce together.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and top with pretzel mixture.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Warm honey with chili flakes and butter to make hot honey.
  9. Drizzle hot honey over baked dish before serving.

Notes

Add hot honey after baking for best flavor contrast.
