Method
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out pizza dough and place on baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic.
- Add ricotta in dollops and sprinkle mozzarella evenly.
- Season with salt and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with hot honey.
- Garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Add prosciutto or arugula for extra flavor. Use a pizza stone for a crispier crust.
