Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz smoked Gouda cheese shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in Gouda, bacon, garlic, spices, and green onions.
  4. Transfer to baking dish.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crisp topping, broil 1-2 minutes at end. Best served hot.
