  • 1-2 shots espresso
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Heat brown sugar, water, and cinnamon to make syrup.
  2. Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  3. Fill glass with ice.
  4. Add syrup and espresso.
  5. Pour oat milk on top.
  6. Stir and serve immediately.
