Pork & Bacon
  • 4 boneless pork chops thick cut
  • 6 slices bacon
Maple Glaze
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Dijon Cream Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops and cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Sear pork chops until golden and cooked through.
  3. Deglaze pan with broth and add cream and Dijon.
  4. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Brush maple glaze over pork chops and return to pan.
  6. Top with bacon and serve.

Notes

Use thick-cut pork chops for best results. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
