- Season pork chops and cook bacon until crispy.
- Sear pork chops until golden and cooked through.
- Deglaze pan with broth and add cream and Dijon.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Brush maple glaze over pork chops and return to pan.

Notes
Use thick-cut pork chops for best results. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
