Grinder Salad
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup pepperoncini sliced
  • 0.75 cup provolone cheese chopped
  • 0.75 cup salami chopped
  • 0.75 cup ham chopped

Method
 

  1. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pepperoncini, meats, and cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Toss salad with dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Fill hoagie rolls with salad mixture and serve.
