- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Halve jalapenos and remove seeds and membranes.
- Brush jalapenos lightly with olive oil and place on baking sheet.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon filling into jalapeno halves.
- Top with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 18-22 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Adjust spice level by controlling jalapeno membranes. Best served warm and fresh from the oven.
