Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded cheeses and chopped jalapeños.
  4. Spread filling over puff pastry, top with second sheet, and cut into strips.
  5. Twist strips, brush with egg wash, and bake until golden.
