Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or beef-lamb mix
  • 1 medium onion finely grated
  • 0.5 cup parsley finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Combine ground meat, onion, parsley, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Add spices, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Mix gently until just combined.

Notes
