Ingredients
  

Chip Dough
  • 1.5 cups almond flour fine, blanched
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.75 tsp sea salt

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Mix almond flour, salt, cheese, and egg into a dough.
  3. Roll dough thin between parchment sheets.
  4. Brush with oil and cut into chip shapes.
  5. Bake 10–14 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Chips crisp fully after cooling.
