Beef
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened.
  4. Serve over rice and garnish.
