Casserole
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 4 cups potatoes diced
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until slightly tender.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Transfer to baking dish and top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes.
