Ingredients
  

Skillet Base
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 strips bacon chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Pasta Mixture
  • 2 cups pasta shells
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Seasonings & Toppings
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup pickles diced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in bacon grease until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Season beef with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
  6. Add pasta shells, beef broth, and milk to the skillet.
  7. Cover and simmer until pasta becomes tender.
  8. Reduce heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  9. Mix bacon back into the skillet.
  10. Top with diced pickles and parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Top with burger sauce, jalapeƱos, or sesame seeds for extra cheeseburger flavor. Best served hot and fresh.
