  • 1 bag frozen French fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
Seasoned Beef
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup jalapeƱos
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Method
 

  1. Cook fries until crispy and golden according to package or homemade method.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and seasonings; cook until softened.
  4. Prepare cheese sauce by melting nacho cheese with cheddar and milk.
  5. Layer fries in a skillet and top with beef.
  6. Pour cheese sauce over the top.
  7. Add toppings and serve immediately.

Best served fresh before fries soften under toppings.
