Ingredients
  

Steak & Potatoes
  • 1.5 lbs steak cubes (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and roast seasoned potatoes until crispy.
  2. Season steak cubes with spices.
  3. Sear steak in a hot skillet until browned.
  4. Make garlic parmesan sauce in same pan.
  5. Combine steak, potatoes, and sauce together.
  6. Garnish and serve hot.
