Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1.5 lbs beef steak thin sliced
  • 4 large potatoes diced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
Seasoning & Cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bake seasoned potatoes until slightly crispy.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  4. Cook beef with seasoning until browned.
  5. Combine potatoes, beef, and vegetables.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and top with cheese.
  7. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Broil at the end for a golden cheese crust. Add mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
