- Cook potatoes until crispy and golden brown.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Top potatoes with cheddar cheese and cover until melted.
- Sprinkle bacon green onions parsley and sour cream over the skillet.
- Serve hot directly from the skillet.
Notes
For extra crispiness avoid overcrowding the skillet. Add steak bites or fried eggs for a complete meal.
