  • 2 cups ripe mango diced
  • 1 habanero pepper seeded
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add mango and habanero, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in honey, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and water.
  4. Simmer until mango breaks down.
  5. Blend until smooth and return to heat to thicken.
