Roasted Squash
  • 4 honeynut squash halved and seeded
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup pure
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare squash halves.
  2. Brush with oil and maple syrup, season lightly.
  3. Roast until tender and caramelized.
  4. Garnish with herbs and serve warm.

Notes

Skin is edible when roasted.
