Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear salmon in olive oil until golden, then remove from pan.
  3. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in the same skillet.
  4. Add broth, cream, parmesan, seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return salmon to pan and simmer until cooked through.

Serve immediately with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
