  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 0.5 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 0.75 cup whole milk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Soak breadcrumbs in milk until absorbed.
