Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Bundt pan or baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease pan.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, seasoning, and salt.
  4. Dip dough pieces in garlic butter and layer in pan with cheese.
  5. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly, invert onto plate, garnish, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm for best cheese pull. Add red pepper flakes for heat.
