Ingredients
  

Croissant Rolls
  • 1 can crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20-24 slices pepperoni
  • 0.25 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • to taste marinara sauce for serving

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small bowl for butter
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles along perforations.
  3. Place 1–2 slices pepperoni and a handful of mozzarella on the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
  4. Roll each triangle from wide end to point to form crescent rolls. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Brush melted butter over tops.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

Optional: Add vegetables, crushed red pepper, or Parmesan for variations.
