  • 2 oz goat cheese softened

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare puff pastry by cutting and scoring borders.

  5. Assemble tarts with cheese base and mushroom topping.
  6. Bake until puffed and golden.
