Method
- Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, coat with panko breadcrumbs mixed with Nashville hot seasoning.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry sticks 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Freeze prepped sticks for make-ahead convenience before frying.
