Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.75 cup dragon fruit puree pink pitaya
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine crust ingredients and press into jars. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, dragon fruit, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  4. Whip cream and fold into mixture.
  5. Fill jars and chill until set.
