Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender buds finely ground
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to soft peaks
Topping (Optional)
  • honey for drizzling
  • lavender buds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into 9-inch springform pan. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add honey, vanilla, and ground lavender, mix until incorporated.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until light and airy.
  4. Spread filling over crust evenly, smooth top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle lavender buds before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use culinary lavender only. For best results, chill overnight.
