Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 10 Oreo cookies chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Chill to set.
  2. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and refrigerate.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  6. Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  8. Garnish and slice before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight and measure peppermint extract carefully.
