Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add broth, cream, and pasta. Simmer until pasta is tender.
  4. Season and add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are opaque.
  5. Stir in parmesan and serve.
