  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.75 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.5 cup orange juice fresh

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease baking molds.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and honey until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, orange zest, and juice.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
