Ingredients
  

Monkey Bread
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough cut into pieces
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp orange zest fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Orange Glaze
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp orange juice fresh
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Bundt pan or baking dish
  • Wire rack

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease baking pan.
  2. Mix sugars, cinnamon, and orange zest in a bowl.
  3. Toss biscuit pieces in sugar mixture until coated.
  4. Layer dough evenly in prepared pan.
  5. Combine melted butter with vanilla and pour over dough.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm bread.

Notes

Best served warm for optimal pull-apart texture.
