- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures and fold in chocolate chips.
- Prepare cheesecake filling until smooth.
- Layer brownie batter, cheesecake, Oreo, then more batter.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
- Cool and chill before serving.
